- Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased to qualify for a return.
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used pet foods, perishable items, grooming tools, and sale items are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: If items are returned in less than original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
